Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to Accounting / Finance executives.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics for the accounting team.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on financial transactions.
Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents and records.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy only
1-3 years of experience in accounting or executive assistant roles preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
