About the role In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring smooth payment processes and securing vendor relationships.

Your sharp attention to detail and knack for problem-solving will shine as you take on challenges and seek out opportunities to enhance our partner's financial operations.

How you'll make an impact : Be the go-to contact for vendors and internal stakeholders for matters related to Accounts Payable Working through daily Accounts Payable issues such as payment errors, invoice exceptions and inquiries about payment status Manage expense reports and company credit cards, including audit and approval of reports in compliance to travel and expense policies Handle payment runs, ensure correct numbers and generate payment files for bank uploads Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations Work with various departments to resolve accounts-related queries and be involved in wider finance team projects What you'll bring to the table : At least 3 years of experience in full-function Accounts Payable and Employee Expenses within a global organization Qualification in accounting, finance, or commerce Strong attention to detail, equipped with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills; be able to present yourself professionally and boldly Be independent at work; take the initiative in identifying and solving issues Have a strong mindset leaning towards process improvement and continuous growth Proficiency in using Excel Powered by JazzHR
