Job description

Schedule : Monday – Friday (07 : 00 AM-04 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in handling Accounts Payable
  • Experience in a high-volume environment (please note that invoice processing is only a minor aspect of this position)
  • Management of International payments
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Excellent phone manner and strong willingness to pick up the phone to resolve matters.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 finance is a plus.
  • Detail- Oriented

    • What will you do?

  • Assisting with the timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers whilst managing key internal and external stakeholders
  • Key point of contact for stores and suppliers across your designated area
  • Juggling several activities on a day-to-day basis, such as managing payment cycles, Converga workflow
  • Working across the internal teams and with stores to investigate any non-stock invoice and payment related issues.
