Job description

Overall Job Responsibilities

Maintains hygiene standards at the bar at all times.
Bar management and cost control.
Bar service according to the FORBES standard.

Functional Job Responsibilities

Function 1

Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards and guest preference.

Creation of more innovative cocktails menu selection with low cost.

Creates new and exciting cocktail concoctions according to the outlet concept standards.

Performs daily inventory and arrangement of the requisition from the storeroom and logistics.

FIFO rule is implemented at all times.

Function 2

Behaves in a friendly and professional manner to all guests, customers and staff.

Performs other assigned duties by Supervisor..

Participates actively to daily / weekly / monthly briefings and meetings and communicate all relevant information's pertaining outlets daily operational concerns.

Can handle unique situation and provide relative solution.

Liaise and coordinates with other Hotel sub departments.

Maintains hygiene and grooming standards in line with Solaire Resort & Casino standards.

Function 3

Provides bar service according to FORBES standard of service.

Follows beverage requirements based on REO / BEO.

Reports equipment's, furniture's and fixtures for repair to Supervisor for immediate action.

Adheres to all security / fire / safety procedures and standards.

Ensures that all spoilage, breakages are properly monitored and recorded.

Salary

Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
