Job Overview :

We’re looking for a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll be working side-by-side with our CEO, helping drive strategic goals and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your work will directly impact how effectively our leadership team functions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities
  • Conducting thorough research to support decision-making and special projects
  • Drafting professional communication and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Keeping sensitive information secure and exercising excellent judgment at all times
