Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary :

With at least 1-year work experience is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, financial reports, and

procedures; and working with legal entities and on taxes regulations and

compliance

Has keen attention to detail and good analytical skills

Willing to have Saturday duties and can start work immediately

Newly board passers are welcome to apply

Job Qualifications :

Monitors and manages the daily departmental activities.

Prepares the financial reports by collecting information, and preparing balance

sheets

Reconciles account payable and receivables for financial discrepancies

Records and verifies payment and disbursements transactions.

Complies with local government, financial legal requirements, and new

legislation in coordination with the consultants and advises the management on

necessary actions.

Handles the monthly, quarterly, and annual tax requirements and tax returns.

Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

account information and trends and submitting them to management.
