Job Description
Be part of our client’s team as an Executive Assistant , where you'll be the linchpin of our C-Suite Executive's office, contributing significantly to our organization's overall success. We're searching for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional calendar management, communication, and administrative skills, capable of responding swiftly to dynamic business needs. Your responsibilities encompass efficiently managing the executive's calendar, acting as a liaison between the executive and stakeholders, and displaying outstanding responsiveness. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain an organized filing system, coordinate complex travel arrangements, assist in event coordination, and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. Quick and proactive problem-solving is essential in this role.
Here’s an overview of your future role :
Employment type : Full-time
Shift : Night (Mon - Fri 09 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM)
Work setup : Permanent WFH
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives or department heads / leads.
- Preferable prior experience working in a digitally focused organization, with a preference for digital marketing experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including calendar management applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism, with the capability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling success both as an independent worker and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
