Job descriptionVivanti Advantage a growing e-commerce enabler, is looking for an organized, detail-oriented INVENTORY ANALYST who will manage inventory through the use of a computerized database system.
Your primary objective will be to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply.

- Inventory Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
- Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment.
- Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
- Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed.
- Qualifications
- MUST - College graduate, Business Management and Industrial Engineering.
- MUST - Excellent skills in written communication, able to visualize data in graphs / charts, and organize reports into a logical presentation.
- MUST - Independent worker, able to manage own time and energy and communicates directly to internal clients / collaborators.
- MUST - Adheres to deadlines.
- MUST - analytical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical skills.
- MUST - Must be knowledge on basic calculations functions of Excel and Google Sheets
- PLUS - Expertise in pivot table, Power Pivot, VLookUp, Macros, Charts, etc.
- PLUS - data skills like programming, data modeling and statistics.
- PLUS - Knowledge about Shopify and Lazada / Shopee Marketplaces Seller Center.
- PLUS - Experienced in creating and designing reports (Data Storytelling).
- PLUS - experience using Google Data Studio or similar tools.
