We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding / Implementation Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing customer data for platform ingestion. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, data formatting, and analysis. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to think critically about how customers fill out data sheets.
This is a fully remote position, requiring availability Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
Key Responsibilities :
- Review, clean, and organize customer data in Excel / Google Sheets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Index Match, and formulas to prepare data for system import.
- Identify missing information or formatting issues, communicate these with customers, and ensure corrections before data upload.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify data-related queries.
- Assist in maintaining internal records, setting up accounts, and handling ongoing data maintenance.
- Pull data for kickoff and reporting calls.
- Contribute to process improvements for data onboarding.
- Support in building presentation decks as needed.
