Job Description : Resilience and Well-being Manager
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Resilience and Well-being Manager for immediate hiring in Cebu City.
Position Details :
Job Title : Resilience and Well-being Manager
Start Date : ASAP

Work Schedule : Flexible, Hybrid (1 onsite day per week)

Completion of Master's Degree (MA / MS) in Psychology or Guidance Counselling
Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor (R.Psy / R.GC)
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hospitals / clinics
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote resilience and well-being among employees.
Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to employees, addressing their emotional and psychological needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training programs on stress management, mental health, and work-life balance.
Establish and maintain relationships with external resources and service providers to support employee well-being.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of well-being programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on managing employee well-being and mental health in the workplace.
Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of resilience and well-being, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance employee support services.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines related to employee well-being and confidentiality.
Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking assistance or information on well-being resources and services.
