What You’ll Do

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers (90% chat, 10% calls for callbacks only)
  • Connect with customers and resolve issues using clear, empathetic communication
  • Problem-solve in real time while representing an innovative, customer-first culture

What You Bring to the Role

  • Open to newbies or with customer service experience
  • Completed high school (old curriculum) or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Good in English written communication skills
  • Computer experience and can reach 40 words per minute typing speed

  • Competitive total compensation package that includes a performance bonus opportunity of up to PHP 30,000 monthly , plus Challenger Bonus of PHP 50 to PHP 600
