We're making it easy for you to connect with our recruiters and get hired faster. Stop by TTEC Pampanga, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm at Bldg. 4 SM City San Fernando, Olongapo-Gapan Road, Lagundi, Mexico, Pampanga.

What You’ll Do

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, 90% chat and 10% calls for callbacks only
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using clear communications

What You Bring to the Role

  • Open to newbies or with customer service experience
  • Completed high school (old curriculum) or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Good in English written communication skills
  • Computer experience and can reach 40 words per minute typing speed
