JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Processing investment capital calls and distributions including mailbox management, wire instructions confirmation and capturing amounts in Efront, etc
  • Interaction with external service providers such as banks, custodians, and general partners
  • Supporting the team efforts with regards to internal reporting (compliance, internal audit, maintenance of process documentation (corporate knowledge base WIKI, etc.)
  • Investigation management with investment professionals, accountants, and tax specialists with regards to cash flows of investments, including unfunded commitment difference
  • Is the go-to person for any tasks he/she is responsible for.
  • Cultivates good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Successfully contributes to team projects and initiatives, can recognize risks and detect operational escalation needs in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Identifies training requirements, takes on opportunities to share knowledge with colleagues within and outside of the team.
  • Other ad-hoc and administrative duties

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in fund administration and/or asset management will be considered an asset.
  • You have very good knowledge of excel and word.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Happy to work as part of an international team.
  • Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with both proficiency and accuracy; and demonstrated willingness to work within a deadline-driven environment.
