This growing company is looking for new team members to join their team here in the Philippines!Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE : You must be willing to work in the office at the above location to apply for this positionJob DescriptionWe are in need of a Safe Access System Designer & Estimator responsible for designing, take-off, and proposal creation for height safety and safe access systems.

The role requires knowledge of Australian standards and proprietary equipment to create safe access layouts for roofs and other areas.Roles and responsibilities : Understand how height safety standards apply in practice.Understand how height safety equipment works.Design compliant and usable safe access systems using CorelDraw.Submit quotes promptly, exceeding client expectations.Maintain CRM and paperwork systematically.Build and update technical knowledge on standards and industry practices.Ensure 100% accuracy in costings and compliance.Qualify incoming quote opportunities and record disqualified ones.Manage opportunities in CRM and cloud systems.Design and scope roof safety systems based on documentation and discussions.Provide accurate costings and get them double-checked by sales reps.Manage workload for quotes.Coordinate with sales and relevant consultants on quoting priorities.Revise quotes as needed to meet client needs and secure orders.Other General Responsibilities : Ask questions to develop technical knowledge and keep notes organized.Complete paperwork accurately and respond to electronic communications promptly.Participate in training and share knowledge with the team.Support sales reps to achieve targets.Perform any other tasks necessary for business needs, safely.Qualifications : Experience in construction roles such as architecture, drafting, or estimating is beneficial.
