Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Marketing with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market share by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with today’s consumers. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making, with a deep understanding of QSR market trends, consumer behavior, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
Align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.Brand Management & GrowthDrive brand campaigns and promotions to boost awareness, traffic, and customer loyalty.
Oversee product launches, menu innovations, and seasonal campaigns.Customer Experience & InsightsUtilize consumer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to guide marketing decisions.
Implement customer-centric programs that enhance engagement across in-store, drive-thru, and delivery channels.Digital & Performance MarketingSpearhead digital transformation initiatives, including loyalty programs, mobile app campaigns, e-commerce, and social media engagement.
Optimize digital marketing spend to maximize ROI through data analytics and performance tracking.Partnerships & Media RelationsBuild and manage relationships with media agencies, creative partners, and key stakeholders.
Oversee PR initiatives, sponsorships, and community marketing activities.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience , with at least 5 years in a senior role within the QSR industry .Proven track record of driving successful national campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs .Demonstrated ability to leverage market insights and analytics to drive business growth.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing large marketing budgets and agency / vendor relationships.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.Results-driven with a passion for consumer insights and brand excellence.Innovative mindset, capable of adapting to fast-changing market dynamics.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Seniority level
