Position : Project Management Office (PMO) Support / Project Assistant / Project Admin Support
Work Setup : Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)
Headcount : 1
Shift Schedule : 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities :
- (Requires 1-2 years of experience and strong communication skills)
- Handle onboarding for new project resources.
- Monitor Statements of Work (SoW) for project resources and assess contingent staff access to prevent unauthorized deactivation.
- Maintain the deployment plan and ensure the project stays within the established timeline.
- Track project budgets and ensure financials remain within allocated limits.
- Update and manage project resource man-days for timely monthly revenue recognition.
- Conduct root cause analysis on system issues, project revenue, and profit dilution.
- Process monthly billing statements and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure logistics are in place for consultants' onsite client deployment.
- Manage issues and defects to keep the system on track until production go-live.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams on accounts receivable and budget forecasts.
- Address client inquiries and promptly resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Track and follow up on action items for individual projects.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Provide executive and administrative support to General Managers.
