Overview

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and project delivery.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skill : Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance.

Proficiency in Program Project Management.

Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management Governance.
