We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead the next phase of our growth and transformation. We’re seeking a strategic, data‑driven problem solver who thrives on building efficient systems and elevating performance across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Process Mapping & Optimization : Dive deep into our existing workflows to map out every step of our case operations – from initial data intake to final delivery. Identify inefficiencies and streamline processes to build a lean, high‑performing system.
• Quality & Efficiency : Develop and implement new standards to raise the bar for quality while maximizing output. Set clear metrics, provide structured feedback, and align all team members around shared goals.
• Standardization : Create and enforce consistent best practices across all operational teams to ensure predictable, scalable, and high‑quality outcomes.
• Technology Integration : Drive innovation by identifying and implementing tools, software, and automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Strategic Leadership : Lead and inspire operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with department heads to align operations with Nimbyx’s overall strategic direction.
