Job Description

This is a remote position.

SEO Assistant

Scope :

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Work within established procedures and SOPs with some training provided

Handle both technical SEO implementation and local optimization tasks

Support agency’s pivot from paid advertising to organic search strategies

Responsibilities :

• Execute established SEO procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client campaigns
• Perform geo-tagging activities for clients across various contractor niches
• Manage and post content on clients’ Google Business Profiles
• Implement technical SEO optimizations based on AI recommendations and algorithm updates
• Follow structured workflows while applying technical SEO knowledge to ensure quality execution
• Support the transition from local service ads to organic SEO strategies
• Handle fulfillment tasks for multiple contractor clients simultaneously
