Overview :

The Company is a specialist digital agency with deep expertise in healthcare and life sciences. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Lead to ensure creative quality, consistency, and efficiency across digital advertising campaigns for our client partnership projects.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on design ability with strong leadership, communication,and quality assurance skills. You’ll work closely with project managers, QA specialists, and developers to maintain high standards across all creative outputs while guiding offshore designers and ensuring delivery on time and to the brief.

They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements 8+ years’ experience in digital design or creative production, ideally within an agency or global brand environment. Proven experience creating and leading digital advertising assets (static, HTML5, dynamic, video, and social). Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Strong understanding of brand systems, digital advertising best practices, and responsive layout principles. Excellent written and verbal English — able to interpret nuanced client feedback and documentation. Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deliverables at once. Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating across time zones. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus. Personal Qualities Fast, accurate, and calm under pressure. Naturally collaborative and proactive communicator. Confident yet diplomatic when defending creative integrity. Driven by quality, consistency, and continual improvement.
