Job Description :
1. Prepares detailed cost analyses to guide the development of standard product costs, ensuring alignment with company’s assumptions for monthly and annual estimates
2. Designs cost allocation rules for standard product costing, including cost center groupings
3. Validates cost accounting data for various SKU’s and coordinates with relevant teams (e.g., warehouse, procurement, sales and operations) to correct errors.
4. Analyzes product costing results, resolves errors, and submits final reports for management review.
5. Prepares and submits COGS, Usage Variance, Inventory Reports, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and other related reports within agreed deadlines.
6. Creates Journal Vouchers based on analyses of balance sheets, inventory, COGS, and variance accounts.
7. Reviews inventory valuation, recommending adjustments via Journal Vouchers as needed.
