Job descriptionOversee trade capture, validation, confirmation & settlement Coordinate with front, middle & back-office teams to resolve discrepancies Ensure adherence to regulations & internal controls Identify & implement process and system enhancements for efficiency Strong financial accuracy & attention to detail Compliance-focused & data-driven decision-making Analytical thinking & problem-solving Skilled in Bloomberg AIM, Eagle, Geneva & advanced Excel Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in portfolio accounting or trade lifecycle / operations Must have knowledge of financial instruments, end-to-end lifecycle, and proficiency with portfolio accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience Investment Management organizations or fund administrators is an advantage
