Job Description
- Conduct sales activities in the designated region to achieve sales targets;
- Actively develop new customers, expand the market, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients;
- Stay updated on market trends, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions;
- Follow up on sales projects, address customer inquiries and feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Regularly analyze market, customer, and competitor information to suggest effective sales strategies;
- Participate in sales training and meetings, and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals;
- Efficiently complete sales-related reports and documents (e.g., Excel sheets and business reports);
Face challenges head-on during the sales process, creating value for both the team and yourself.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Preferably with sales experience in construction materials.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proven track record in sales or related roles (1–3 years of experience).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Active within three days
