The impact you will have :
As our Renewals Specialist you will use your relationship management skills to drive revenue opportunities of our software and support subscription renewals. You will have direct impact driving business results and improve renewals departmental efficiencies.
What you’ll do :
- Manage the beginning of the sales cycle for each renewal opportunity and work closely with our internal sales team.
- Regularly interact and proactively communicate with external partners (vendors) and manufacturers, ensuring accuracy of data and pricing continuity.
- Execute renewal transactions to achieve targets by managing renewal opportunities and producing quotes within Salesforce
- Become a subject matter expert on Softchoice’s incumbent renewal process and train sales on renewals best practices
- Ensuring that special cost is sourced, captured and entered into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Educate sales on specific vendor nuances
- Partner with presales resources to maximize customer value on renewal opportunities
- Demonstrated commitment to data fidelity and accuracy through daily reporting
- Identify process improvements that will improve our customer experience and assist with projects driving system and business enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table :
2-4 years of business experience, with a strong preference for experience in the technology industry, reseller or distributorMicrosoft Office expertise, specifically with Outlook, Teams and ExcelSalesforce and SAP experience would be an assetOrganization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilitiesAbility to identify issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvementPositive attitude and collaborative spiritBenefits
