Renewal Specialist

Responsible for renewing subscriptions for existing customers. To be successful, you’ll need to be hardworking, energetic, and motivated to renew existing subscriptions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives.
• Weekly forecasting on pipeline creation, progression, and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to drive success (i.e., Channel, BDRs, etc).
• Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and renew existing subscriptions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline necessary to hit your sales targets through proactive outbound Calling.
• Execute outbound sales strategy to drive Renewals for existing / expiring subscriptions.
