Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, you will ensure that cinema and concession operations adhere to all pertinent regulations and internal policies, including cinema and food safety, safety standards, and licensing requirements. This involves ensuring that every aspect of cinema and concession operations meets legal and quality standards. Additionally, responsibilities may include training and educating team members on compliance matters, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to resolve any compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the cinema, including ticketing, concessions, and theater maintenance
• Lead and manage a team of cinema staff, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and technical standards
• Coordinate with film distributors, mall marketing, and other departments for promotions and events
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
