Job Description
- Job duties include, but not limited to :
- First level remote support on Airport System (CUPPS : Common Use Passenger Processing System)
- To maintain and monitor the server infrastructure on a daily basis
- Performing daily back-ups and data redundancy
- Handle change requests and software updates
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
- Troubleshoot recurring software / application / host issues ranging from medium to high complexity
- Repair, maintain and support PC’s, Peripherals and CUPPS related hardware
- Delegate tasks to sub-contractors (vendor), provide mentorship and ensure tasks are completed per Collins Aerospace standards.
- Responsible for fulfilling targets outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as system operation including server and network.
- He / she will require security clearance to work in any area of the airport where supported equipment is located.
- Prepares system operational manuals and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Application or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilitiesMinimum of three years of relevant IT experienceExperience with installation, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows workstations on Windows Server environmentsEffective communication in English (written, oral, and presentation skills)Preferential skills and experience, Network skills (CCNA), higher knowledge for Windows OS / Windows Server OSBenefits

Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the aviation industry. Knowledge of aviation regulations, industry best practices, and project lifecycle management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
