Job Summary
The Business Unit Head is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of both company-owned and franchise-operated stores under BBK Group. The role ensures profitability, sustainable growth, operational excellence, and adherence to brand and service standards across all locations. The BUH leads and develops teams, supports franchise partners, drives innovation, and ensures alignment with the group’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Planning
Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and budgets for company-owned and franchise stores in alignment with group objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth and expansion.
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations of both company-owned and franchise units to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and service quality to maintain consistent operational performance across all outlets.
Financial Management
Manage P&L performance for both company-owned and franchise units.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial and operational reports, highlighting performance, costs, and profitability.
Franchise Management
Support and monitor franchise partners to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirements.
Provide guidance, performance feedback, and operational solutions to franchisees to strengthen network success.
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate operations teams, ensuring capability development and succession planning.
Foster a results‑driven, customer‑focused culture within the business unit.
Customer Experience & Brand Integrity
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and excellent customer service across all stores.
Actively engage with customers and franchisees to build loyalty and trust.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Implement risk management and safety standards across both company-owned and franchise operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in multi‑unit management, preferably in the retail, food, or hospitality industry
Strong background in handling both company‑owned and franchise operations
Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P&L performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to travel Nationwide
