Sales Manager - HMO Life and Non-Life (47055) - BGC Taguig

Salary : 65,000 - 70,000

Job Description :

・Life / Medical and Non-Life PIC management, new development, and taking care of existing clients with PIC.

・Plan strategies to reach the team’s sales targets.

・Hire, train, and motivate sales staff to perform their best.

・Monitor team performance and advise on improvement.

・Work directly with key clients to secure contracts and ensure good relationships.

・Track the team’s progress and adjust plans if needed to achieve targets.

・Study market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.

・Lead efforts to attract new clients and sell new policies.

・Work with marketing, underwriting, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

・Make reports about sales performance and update higher management regularly.

・Respond quickly to any issues or concerns raised by clients.

・Help team members to improve their knowledge of insurance products and sales skills.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge on HMO, Life and Non-Life Insurance
• At least 15 years of experience in Insurance Sales and / or Account Management including developing and executing sales
• Proficient in MS Office application and Presentation Skills
• Pleasing personality and service-oriented
• Teamwork and respect for others, as well as ethical behavior and professional conduct
• Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Supervisory / Managerial experience in handling a team
