Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across various functions within the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, lead structured hiring processes, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience. You will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines, optimizing recruitment strategies, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements
We’re Looking for Someone Who has : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). At least 2–3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including technical and competency-based evaluation. Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, and sourcing techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Technical Skills : Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office. Non-Negotiables : Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, account managers and clients for some purposes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of organization, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
