Position : Senior Recruitment Specialist (Up to ₱55K)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead high impact hiring initiatives and drive talent acquisition excellence across the organization.
This role requires strong business partnering skills, advanced recruitment expertise, and the ability to influence leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategies. You will mentor junior team members, manage complex hiring needs, and play a key role in shaping the company’s talent pipeline and employer brand.

Requirements
We’re Looking for Someone Who has : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including senior level to executive level or specialized hiring. Experience in recruiting for accounting and financial roles (highly preferred). Proven success collaborating with senior leaders and influencing hiring strategy. Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics and data insights. Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters or other recruitment team members. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities. Technical Skills : Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office. Non-Negotiables : Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, account managers and clients for some purposes. High level of organization, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
