Fashion Designer

Monitor and apply emerging fashion trends, styles, colors, and fabrics to seasonal collections.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager on concept development, fittings, and design approvals.

Create original design collections aligned with brand identity and seasonal calendars.

Lead the end-to-end product development process—from conceptualization and design to final output.

Prepare design boards, tech packs, and artwork necessary for sample production and approvals.

Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure product quality, timelines, and alignment with design intent.

Participate in product reviews and provide recommendations based on performance and customer feedback.

Support the merchandising team with visual presentations and marketing collateral as needed.
