QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 1 year experience in an international program BPO setting, specifically in a voice account, is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are needed.
• Must be computer literate and comfortable navigating various digital tools and platforms.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Flexible and amenable to a shifting schedule, including night shifts and weekends if needed.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City.
