Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Telco Sales Voice Account is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with telecommunications products and services. This includes resolving inquiries, promoting telco plans, processing service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from existing and potential customers.
- Provide accurate information about mobile, internet, and bundled telecommunications services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or upgrades.
- Process orders, activations, billing inquiries, and account modifications efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, average handle time, quality score).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college level or degree preferred.No BPO experience required.Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling ability.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Basic computer navigation and data entry skills.Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer :
