We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Development Accountant and Property Manager with a robust understanding of both real estate development and accounting principles. The ideal candidate will possess experience in property management and have a solid grasp of real estate development accounting, including the application of both cash and accrual accounting methods, as well as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in real estate development accounting, with additional experience in property management.

In-depth knowledge of cash versus accrual accounting and GAAP.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in property management software and accounting systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with financial modeling and project financing.

Familiarity with tax regulations related to real estate.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex financial data.
