This is a remote position.
Work Schedule : 40 hours per week
12 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM, 4 weekdays, flexible days (including 1 hour unpaid break)
1 rest day every weekdays
On-call on weekends, ideally 4 hours on-call Saturday and 4 hours on-call Sunday (flexible during business hours)

Role Overview :
We are seeking a Healthcare Talent Consultant to support candidate onboarding, rostering, and shift management for a busy agency team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and onboard new candidates, ensuring all compliance documentation is collected and verified
Prepare candidate submission packs for clients
Submit candidates to suitable roles and opportunities
Manage incoming shift requests via portals, emails, calls, or direct from account managers
Post and action shifts on Deputy, prioritizing cancellations and absences
Notify account managers of any direct client shift requests
Contact candidates via phone, email, SMS, and Deputy to fill open shifts
Book candidates on rosters and client portals, confirming all bookings with both candidates and clients
Ensure portal and Deputy schedules are aligned, with all cancellations accurately reflected
Update and follow up on candidate availability
Qualifications & Skills :
Previous experience in recruitment, rostering, or workforce coordination preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to use portals, rostering systems (e.g., Deputy), and MS Office tools
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
