Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (West Perth, WA)
Includes a 1-hour unpaid break — hours may vary slightly depending on client needs
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Support Professional to assist the Director and Associate Director with daily operations and recruitment activities. This role blends administrative tasks with direct involvement in permanent recruitment, offering a great opportunity to support a growing organization.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director and Associate Director.
Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and organize meetings.
Screen candidates and prepare shortlists for review.
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up communications.
Maintain records and update candidate information in databases.
Assist with documentation, compliance, and onboarding tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in personal assistant, administrative, or recruitment support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment systems is a plus
