Japanese Speaking Admin Supervisor (47307) - Makati

Required Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree in : Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
• At least N3 level Japanese (Written & Verbal) skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in administration or office management
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience (managing at least 3 subordinates)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Ability to handle PEZA, Visa Processing, and Government Compliance
• Excellent multi-tasking & time management skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in Travel & Leisure Agencies is preferred
• Experience in BPO or Shared Services is a plus
• CHRA / CHRP or any HR-related certification is an advantage
