We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics needs of our security operations. This includes organizing, issuing, and monitoring equipment, ensuring all security guards are properly equipped, and supporting operational requirements to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, organize, and oversee the distribution and inventory of operational equipment (e.g., radios, flashlights, uniforms, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of equipment issuance, returns, and inventory levels.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained, functional, and available for operational needs.
Support the Operations Department in meeting logistical requirements for day-to-day activities and special assignments.
Monitor supplies and prepare requisitions to replenish stock as needed.
Assist in organizing logistics for training, emergency response, and other operational activities.
Coordinate with guards and supervisors to address logistical concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in handling and safekeeping of assets.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations support, or related field (experience in security industry is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and inventory management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
