Contractor needed for Canadian Logistics company!

( Freight Forwarder - Trucking Coordinator position open )

WORK SCHEDULE : Night / Morning Shift

• 7am to 3 : 30pm Vancouver PST
• 11am to 7 : 30pm Vancouver PST
• FULL TIME :

Monday to Friday

Or

5 days / week including weekends

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must have working laptop and desktop and WiFi / internet

(21" dual monitor & at least 75mbps internet speed)

At least college graduate

Excellent English communication skills (via email and phone)

Knowledgeable of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Docs) is a MUST

Fast learner

Experienced in the Logistics Industry required.

Experienced with online-based work

TASKS : Office Admin

Data Entry (via Excel / Google Sheets, etc.)

Calling and emailing truckers / shippers / receivers

Updating and following up with client’s customers

Coordinating with other departments in company
