Job description

TRAINER

(RCM - Healthcare Account)

 High school graduate and above; certification in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred.

 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role.

 Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call centre operations.

 Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with LMS platforms.

 Ability to manage multiple training batches and adapt to different learning styles.

 Salary : 40k – 45k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)

 Target Start Date : ASAP : Amenable to work in Taguig : Onsite

 Schedule : Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays

TEAM LEADER

(RCM - Healthcare Account)

High school graduate and above; certifications in medical billing or healthcare administration

advantageous

 3-5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.

 Strong understanding of RCM processes including charge entry, payment posting, denial management,

and AR follow-up.

 Experience in a call centre environment handling inbound / outbound calls related to billing inquiries.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in billing software and MS Office tools.

 Salary : 50k – 55k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)

 Schedule : Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays

 Target Start Date : ASAP Amenable to work in Taguig : Onsite

 We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online / onsite

assessment and interview immediately

QUALITY ANALYST

(RCM - Healthcare Account)

 High school graduates and above; certification in medical billing or healthcare compliance is a plus.

 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a quality / auditing role.

 Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and payer-specific billing rules.

 Experience in a call centre environment with exposure to call quality metrics (e.g., AHT, FCR, CSAT).

 Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and billing platforms

 Salary : 35k – 40k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)

 Schedule : Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays

 Target Start Date : ASAP : Amenable to work in Taguig : Onsite
