What We’re Looking For :

✅ Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role

✅ Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

✅ Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across various stakeholders
