Job Responsibilities :
1. Maintain order and oversee day to day activities of the clinic.
2. Receive, schedule, and follow up patients for the clinic.
3. Handle personal and digital inquiries for the clinic.
4. Arrange and organize files, papers and activities for the clinic.
5. Assist doctor during procedures.
6. Run errands for the clinic.
7. Perform facials and other procedures
Job Requirements :
1. Undergrad or any Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
2. Experience as a clinic secretary and clinic assistant is an advantage
3. Pleasing personality
4. Hardworking, detail-oriented, motivated
