Job descriptionSupervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to eight (8) Property Sales Consultants, throughout the contract Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team Above-industry compensation package(allowances, commissions & incentives) Comprehensive Training Programs Travel Incentives (Local and International incentive trips) Automated Commission Release Online Sellers Tools (Sellers Hub, eCRM, Online Reservation System..etc) Full company support

We are looking for Sales Managers to join our Dumaguete Inhouse sales team.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
- minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- with a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
- must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
