Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Vikings Group of Companies in BGC, Taguig City. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the back of the house.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or any related field
3+ years of experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or any related
Expertise in Japanese cuisine
Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the food safety standard
Health and safety regulations & compliance adept
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
Amenable to start as soon as possible
