Responsibilities :
Recruitment & HR Functions :
Manage the full recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Accounting & Payroll Support :
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Accounting for salary adjustments, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Maintain organized records of pay slips, invoices, and related documents.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing .
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and HR / payroll systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan .
Able to work independently in a remote setup .
