Role Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly while aligning with the companys goals in the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions , with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- With background within the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Provide day-to-day HR support across functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementation.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals.Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.Prepare HR reports and metrics to track recruitment and overall HR performance.
