Job descriptionBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions , with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition. Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. With background within the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Provide day-to-day HR support across functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals. Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide effective staffing solutions. Prepare HR reports and metrics to track recruitment and overall HR performance.
Location : Angat, Bulacan
Work setup : Full Onsite
Work Schedule : Compressed Work Week
- Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
- Saturday - 8am-12nn
