Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Silang, Cavite for Sales Support Lead. The Sales Support Lead provides administrative and organizational support to a sales team by processing orders, maintaining customer databases, creating sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related courses.
• At least one (1) year work experience in sales support, sales operations or a related role.
• Efficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail Oriented with Customer-first mindset
• Experience working in fast-paced sales environments
• Analytical with the ability to interpret data and identify trend
• Highly trustworthy, honest, reliable, and credible
• Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking, systematic, and analytical skills
