Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Tax Specialist I  to join our team. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in accounting and taxation who is eager to specialize in US tax. You will assist in preparing federal and state tax returns, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for clients in the United States.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation and filing of US federal and state tax returns.

• Review financial documents to ensure accuracy in US tax-related reporting.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of tax filings and related documentation.

Research basic US tax issues and regulations to support compliance needs.

Support client inquiries related to US tax compliance and documentation.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule : Night Shift

Setup : This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
