Tax Specialist

The Tax Specialist serves as the immediate assistant of Tax Manager for all tax matters and responsible for the tax compliance of FDC  Utilities, Inc. and all other subsidiaries or entities within the FDC Utilities Group handled by FDCUI F&A. He / she assists in executing  and implementing tax strategies and policies that will help deliver maximum tax efficiency at the same time maintain strict  compliance with enacted tax laws and regulations. In addition, he / she works to resolve potential tax problems and propose  corresponding solutions. He / she assists in coordination with accounting processors and Tax Counsel for tax audit requirements and  reconciliations.

Job Specifications :

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Must be a CPA
• With minimum 2 years of relevant experience in taxation accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Preference given to those with experience in handling tax audits, including BOC / LGU audits.
• With experience in handling Companies registered with IPAs like BOI / PEZA availing tax incentives.
