US Tax Senior Consultant (Permanent WFH)

We're Hiring We are looking to add a Tax Senior Consultant to help lead and guide our clients, in addition to support our internal leaders with the on-going growth in our Northeast Region.

As a Tax Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for helping prepare and review financial information for clients, such as business tax returns, with the benefit of gaining exposure to a diverse client base operating in a variety of industries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Regular duties include (but are not limited to) : Prepare tax returns for partnerships and corporations Book to tax workbook Adhere to firm’s policies and procedures WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  Regular duties include (but are not limited to) : Experience with tax returns for partnerships (1065), corporations (1120), and individuals (1040) Participate in tax research, resolve complex tax issues Adhere to firm’s policies and procedures 4 years of experience Public accounting or other professional services environment preferred CCH Axcess or GoSystem experience preferred Must be willing to work on Night shift schedule Education Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technology experience Bachelor’s in Accounting (for Audit or Tax) License / Certification Must progress professionally by obtaining relevant certification as soon as possible if certification is not already attained in order to advance Legal / Compliance Must complete acknowledgement of Independence Guidelines and Ethical Standards document Governmental engagements require ability to obtain a security clearance from the United States government The Perks.
